Railroad Museum, East Wall - Kenora, Ontario Acrylic Mural Paint on stucco 8ft. x 12 ft.
This is a mural commissioned by the Retired Railroaders Association of Kenora for a new Railroad museum they opened there. The work consists of two murals, one on the east and one on the west façade of the building. This composition, the East Wall, shows two views of building the railroad on the top left and right, and a dispatcher and workers on a handcar on the bottom left and right. In the center oval is the “Princess of Dufferin”, the first train on the prairies. |
